Flexibility for COVID-19 Circumstances

As we continue to navigate through the COVID-19 pandemic, Lehigh understands that students have experienced a variety of challenges - from changes in the educational systems and AP exam policies, to financial and personal losses for families. Please keep in mind that the following measures are in place and should assure you of our commitment to students:

  • We will utilize a test optional policy for the SAT or ACT indefinitely.
  • Flexibility with alternative grading methods: Lehigh’s Office of Admissions will continue to review transcripts based on the individual school’s practices and policies during our review process. Alternative grading methods being utilized during the COVID-19 pandemic will be honored in the same manner as the school’s traditional grading scale.
  • Scores from the new online format for AP exams will be honored according to our existing policies.

Lehigh will continue to act with sensitivity as schools and families make decisions that best suit their students. You can find continued updates on the COVID-19 Information Center.

If you are a current high school student looking to apply to the CSB program, this guide is designed to help you through the CSB application process. For more information, see the Lehigh Undergraduate Admissions website or contact the Computer Science & Business Association incsba@lehigh.edu

Selecting CSB as Your First Choice

Lehigh Currently accepts either the Common Application or the Coalition Application. In order to apply to CSB on either application platform, find Lehigh University as you would any other college or university within the application platform. Under the "Academics" section on the Lehigh-specific questions of the application you will need to first select a college. You must select either the "College of Business" OR the "P.C. Rossin College of Engineering and Applied Science." You should select whichever college you would want to be considered for if you are not admitted into the CSB program.

OR

Selecting Your Second Choice

Given the nature of CSB as a selective program, you will be asked to pick a second choice major in either the P.C. Rossin College of Engineering & Applied Sciences or the College of Business. If you are not admitted into the CSB program, you will be considered for general admission to whichever college you selected (so there's no harm in applying for CSB!).
