Semir Redzepagic
Graduation year: 2014
Current job: Senior Manager, Field Engineering @ Databricks
Since graduating from Lehigh, I have been helping companies operationalize their data and AI strategies. I started as a consultant at PwC, focusing on investigative analytics. I continued my professional journey to Databricks, where I now lead a field engineering team, helping our global enterprise customers adopt and scale their data and AI strategies.
Fun fact(s): I was born in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina and grew up in Milford, CT. I was not a football fan until attending Lehigh and naturally I became a big Philadelphia Eagles fan. Go Birds!
Favorite thing about CSB: The blend of technical and business skills that you gain from the CSB program sets you up for long term success in your career. These skills allow you to speak the language of different departments at organizations, while you're at the onset of your career. They also set you up to build an executive mindset, by developing strategies and speaking to the technical impact as well as broader financial value. Being a bridge between the two of these is a catalyst for opportunities and career growth.
